IIT researchers were awarded a research grant and needed compute power fast. IIT leadership turned to Aerico and Schneider Electric for help. Aerico and Schneider Electric teamed up to design, build, and commission a prefabricated modular data center under budget and in time for the research to commence. Aerico was able to deploy high density cabinets utilizing 415volt distribution. The IIT datacenter has highly efficient chilled water cooling with free cooling during the winter months. The best part is that when IIT is ready for more research compute they can easily add on to the facility utilizing the modular architecture.
